For a rather unlikely customer, a religious community, we have been asked to prepare a feasibility study to convert a convent into a fine boutique hotel. The city of Cuenca, in Castilla La Mancha features some spectacular art, architecture and history and is up to date bare of any luxury boutique hotel. At a short distance from Madrid and Valencia, certainly an investment worthy of consideration.
In this peaceful rural location we have developed a project based on two premises: a) create the leanest possible operation with the greatest possible familiarity thanks to a small team of totally polyvalent staff and b) a family-oriented offer with generous guest accommodation taking maximum advantage of both, the available spaces and the location's views.
